The director, Sophie Kontominas, having operated a number of successful businesses over the past 10 years, has had first hand experience towards implementing structures and systems to facilitate a profitable and well run business.

All in One Bookkeeping Systems was incorporated in 2006. We are located in Blackburn South, where we share our office with an accounting firm, Kontominas & Associates, which was established in 2002 by Sophie & her husband.

With the rapid growth and the ongoing demand for the outsourcing of bookkeeping services, it was evident that there was a need to provide a quality service that businesses could trust.

Having a background in working alongside her husband, who is a qualified accountant, it was evident that many clients required an overview of their financial position. We found that clients who had an average bookkeeper with poor skills, noticed an effect on their cash flow and the overall operation of their business. We also found that business owners needed to dedicate more of their valuable time to keep records up to date or back track and re-do work that they thought was satisfactorily done.
